Örjan Johansson
Chairman of the board
Örjan Johansson was one of the founders of the Bluetooth SIG which is the foundation for the Bluetooth de facto standard invented by Ericsson. At Ericsson he was also the Director & General Manager for Bluetooth Technology & Products. Before joining Ericsson Mr. Johansson has experience from building and industrial automation. He was serving as a part of the management teams in automation companies related to Alfa-Laval, Tetra Pak, ABB and Incentive AB. Prior to the current positions Mr. Johansson was Chairman of the Board and later President and CEO of Anoto Group AB. Today Mr. Johansson, apart from working at Mashmobile as Chairman of the Board, is serving as board member of Öresund IT Academy, Teknopol AB and Trivector System AB.
Tom Barton
Board Member
Tom Barton is a Founding General Partner of Broken Arrow Capital. Tom was the CEO of Rackable Systems from 2002 to 2007, overseeing the company’s period of rapid growth from $25 million in annual sales to $360 million. Prior to Rackable Systems, he was a Venture Partner and Entrepreneur in Residence with Lightspeed Venture Partners. Tom was at Cygnus Solutions from 1996 to 2000, and held many executive roles there including Interim CEO. He was instrumental in Cygnus’ acquisition by RedHat, and stayed on post –acquisition as Senior Vice President of Client Services at RedHat. Tom was also a management consultant for many years, focusing on technology companies and IT projects. He was with McKinsey from 1990 to 1996, and also spent time at the Information Consulting Group and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Tom holds an MBA, BS, and AB from Stanford University.
Todd Ford
Board Member
Todd is a Founding General Partner at Broken Arrow Capital. He has broad management and operations experience in developing companies from early stage start-ups, through public offerings and beyond. Most recently he led Rackable Systems (Nasdaq: RACK) as President and EVP, from $20M in revenue in 2002 to over $350M in 2006 with a successful IPO in 2005. In addition, he has held various management positions with several venture backed companies. He was also the CEO of FCC, a management consulting firm, that was named to the Inc. 500 and for which he was a named finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year. Todd graduated from Santa Clara University and began his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen.
Lennart Gustafson
Board Member
Lennart Gustafson has totally more than 30 years of experience from the IT-industry and started his career with product specification and development within large international companies such as Facit-Addo, Datasaab and Ericsson Information Systems. In the mid 80-ties he was one of the founders to the company Gandalf, which later became one of the largest Swedish PC-distributors and was introduced on the Stockholm Stock Exchange in 1997. Mr. Gustafson held several various leading position within Gandalf until the year 2000, when he instead turned to venture capital business and joined Industrifonden, the leading Swedish venture capital player.
Per Aspemar

Per Aspemar is CEO of Teknoseed Venture Capital. Prior he spent almost 12 years at Ericsson Mobile Communications and Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications whereof 9 years on VP-level in various roles including Head of BU Accessories, Head of Smartphone Product Development and Head of Corporate Strategy. Mr. Aspemar was also a board member of Symbian Ltd 2002-2008. He holds a MBA degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Economics from Växjö University. He also spent two years in the Swedish military. Mr. Aspemar is also a board member of Scalado AB.
